So apparently my neighbors, who have three newer Saabs (all 9-3s, I think), also own a Land Rover, which I think is a 90. Anyone able to ID it from the completely worthless photo I got?

Definitely a Defender 90.

Yeah, it's probably a 90 as the wheels are close to the end of the body - the overhang is longer on the 110.

without a doubt a D90, not a 110 unless they gave it a custom paint job, only came in white here.
